2016 Goodman Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Heat strips were functional and within manufacture range Drain was clear and draining at this time Wet switch is functional at this time Poured customer provided bleach down drain Changed customer provided filter Blower motor and wheel have slight dust and dirt build up Evaporator coil was acceptable Condensate pan has biological growth build up Supply plenum has dust, dirt and biological growth build up Performed electrical check on the condenser Found no issues other than the compressor LRA is over manufactured rating(64) tested 71 at this time.
