Scheduled a hood cleaning they never showed. Then the next hood cleaning i was told they would be cleaning both hoods. Nope they only cleaned one hood. Even then anytime i have my hoods cleaned that is the whole hood including the outer part of the hood. They didn't clean the outside of the hood. Next time i will personally be at my joint to over see the job.
