Grease filters were not cleaned during last maintenance appointment, though we pay for this. I have received a notice from Nelbud that we are not in compliance with an NFPA standard that requires our fan to be accessible. Nelbud has billed me for installing a hinge more than a year ago and now tells me they do not have access. I have received no follow up for this and remain unsatisfied with the service thus far.

The team arrived early and made contact with me as soon as they were on site. The lead person on the team was attentive to any trouble spots or points of concern. The job was completed in an impressive amount of time. However, I was alerted that our grease filtered were not cleaned because a pressure washer froze. This left them looking worse than they looked prior to the cleaning.
