I really hate to do this but I had the two ladies working in dietary when the Nelbud crew arrived tell there supervisor, who then came to me, the guys were yelling profanity while they were working and they left both hoods with smears and missed areas that should have been wiped down better. The yelling of profanity was not directed at the girls but they think the crew may have had a difference of opinion or hurt themselves somehow. The girls said they heard something fall making a very loud noise just before somebody started yelling the profanity. They are not sure what may have caused the other occasions of profanity. Again I'm sorry for the complaint but I have to follow up when other members of our staff come to me with concerns. Dave Maintenance Supervisor.
