Good morning, last evening our hoods were cleaned. This morning, we had a mess to clean up under the equipment and on the bottom of the hoods. The hood was dripping residue in the guest pick up area and the floors under the equipment were soiled with residue water. It was a pretty good amount of dirty water left behind that we had to sweep and mop several times to remove oil.
