Outside of my hoods being clean and a phone call letting us know they're coming; it should not be obvious that someone was in our restaurant. Every time our hoods are cleaned things are left out of place, usually trash cans and mops, this time they move our equipment (grill and range) and put them back in the incorrect spots. Maybe taking pictures before they start would help with ensuring the restaurant was left in the same state it was found.
