2004 Amana Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Customer recently changed filters Drain was clear and drain at this time Heat strips were functional and within manufacture range Blower motor and wheel have biological growth Blower cap was within manufacture range Evaporator coil was acceptable Blower cabin has biological growth build up 2004 Amana Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Run cap for compressor was within manufacture range Fan cap was weak, replaced under warranty Primary electrical unit was acceptable Defrost board was acceptable Defrost is functional Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from the inside out Recommended comfort advisor due to systems age and no guarantees of the system lasting any longer. Customer agreed to have comfort advisor visit for today 3-5
