2015 Coleman Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Changed customer provided filter Drain has slight build up in trap Blower Motor and wheel have slight dust and dirt build up Blower wires have biological growth build up Evaporator coil has heavy rust build up UV system is functional UV lamp is burned out needs replacement 2015 Coleman Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Primary electrical unit was acceptable Dual run cap was within manufacture range Compressor saver is functional Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Washed condenser coils from the inside out Waxed the top of the unit Recommended UV lamp replacement or upgrading to more robust system and also recommend Comfort Advisor Visit due to age of the system
