For this super tune-up we inspected the customer's air handler and condenser. System is 15 years old the dual run capacitor is out of tolerance and will need to be replaced as well as the contactor is both buzzing and pitted which is indicative of potential failure. When we gauged up we had a five degree and a 34° super heat indicating that the system is both low on refrigerant and has a restricted metering device. We leak searched the evaporator coil and found the leak. We spoke with the customer about what we found however at this time they want to wait on replacing. At this time they do not believe they have the funds to replace. Customer wants to have a plumber come out tomorrow to look at her bathroom toilet as it is slow to drain after a few flushes.
