For this job, I worked on a super tune-up on the heat pump system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. As I was going to the system I notified the customer about his dust levels inside his house, I offered a duct clean, a blower clean, and the microbial mist for his ducts. Customer is really interested in doing this, however he needs to wait for tax money. A membership upgraded was also mentioned to the customer with all the benefits it has, customer approved and proceeded to convert his membership.
