For this call I performed and evaluation. I discovered that there was not high voltage going to the disconnect outside to power on the condenser and turn on the heat pump. The unit was receiving low voltage picture proof on HVAC form attached. I recommended an electrician coming out and finding where the short of power is at and repairing the high voltage issue. Homeowner has a maintenance worker who states he works on electrical repairs as well and stated he will take care of the issue. I let homeowner know once high voltage is intact if the issue continues to call back for me to do a further evaluation on the unit up from the information I could gather lack of high voltage is likely the only issue.
