For this job, I worked on a super tune-up on this heat pump system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. While going through the system, I noticed the blower capacitor out of tolerance, customer was notified and shown the different options and pricing of the capacitor. I showed the customer the price of the capacitor with our membership, and explained what other benefits he could get if he obtained the membership.
