For this call I performed a super tune-up. I did know that the unit was slightly over amping at startup and that the unit did not have any bio growth protection or surge protection installed. Previous technician is preferred for this homeowner and I went off his recommendations from last time. Homeowner is not interested in having anything done to mitigate any of the issues at the moment.
