For this job I did a heating tune up. Deltas good. Filter was extremely dirty and pulled off mounting bracket. Changed filter. Drain line is clogged, needs clearing. UV bulb is out, recommend replacement or upgrading UV system. Recommend resealing plenum, the bottom and side are leaking air. Went over updating membership plan to Home & Budget Homeowners are unavailable, so I spoke with the homeowner's father about recommendations.
