For this job I did an evaluation. When I arrived, the system was heating even when set to cooling mode. Checked wiring, no issues. Checked for 24v at reversing valve, and at the board, it was receiving voltage. Found that the plug had come loose on the reversing valve and reseated it. Confirmed system functionality afterwards.
