For this job, I worked on a super tune-up on this heat pump system. I went through all the mechanical and electrical parts of the system and checked for maximum efficiency. Filter was replaced and outside condenser was washed. Customer was informed about our prices and duct cleanings, I explained that a duct cleaning one, it's just a regular duct cleaning and a duct cleaning level 2 is a duct cleaning, blower clean, coil clean, and microbial mist.
