For this call I performed a super tune-up. I recommended replacing a defrost control board that has visible wear and tear and showing signs of near future failure, I recommended a compressor saver for over amperage at startup, I recommended a blower cleaning due to dust build up on the blower wheel, I also recommended adding a drain switch and repairing the drain line because all fittings are dry fitted. Homeowner was on copper membership, they are switching over to home and budget protection plan for the same price and more benefits through the office next month.
