For this job I did an evaluation. Indoor was running and outdoor was not. System was hard locked out. Checked capacitor, Reset code and system ran for about 5-10 seconds. During that time low side pressure dropped very quickly. Verified coil was clean, vents were open, and removed filter to remove airflow as a variable. Forced system to continue running to verify subcool/high side pressure remained stable. 10 subcool and 80 superheat. Diagnosed as bad TXV and filter drier.
