Today on this job I looked at both heat and cooling sides of the system. The smaller system for upstairs has a 26 super heat. This tells me the system is out of tolerance and needs freon or a new metering device air flow checks out. Flame sensor is also toasted up good. Recommend Replace flame sensor/ignitor Added freon Add soft starts Today I installed soft start and fix a leak at the valve core.
