11/17/25 For this call I performed a evaluation. The unit was low on refrigerant and was leaking at the condenser unit. Homeowner asked for call to be paused and further leak detect tomorrow. Office to call homeowner to schedule. For pinpoint leak detection and repair. 11/18/25 Done for now. Ordering new condenser coil under warranty. Unable to pinpoint leak. 11/21/25 Leak detected in compressor not the condenser coil. Ordering new compressor, refilled refrigerant
