Mortex Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Customer did not have extra filters at this time Drain was clear and draining Heat strips were functional and within manufacture range Blower Motor and wheel were acceptable Evaporator coils have heavy rust build up but fins were acceptable Carrier Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run cap is very weak recommended replacement Primary electrical unit was acceptable Defrost board was acceptable Defrost is functional Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from the bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from the inside out Recommended replacement auxiliary Motor Starter installation of micro air soft start kit and antimicrobial pan treatment Installed micro airsoft start kit antimicrobial pantry mix and auxiliary motor starter
