Normally when the cleaning is don3 there is no evidence that they were even here other than the new stickes and that the hood look great. When i arrived this morning there were buckets full of dirty towels left behind, black water on the floor on the line and grease residue dumped down the drains in our prep sinks. I havent been on the roof to check the exhausts but from what was inside, im afraid to find whats on the roof.
