My fryer filter was left out on the counter instead of being put back in. When we went to put it back in we found out that it had been broken. There was no note or anything to let us know about it.

Thankful for the service, however, they have never been on time, always 30min to an hour late. Then there is so much grease caked on the floor afterwards we are cleaning first thing in the morning which cuts into the day and making it hard for our store to open on time.
