When our technicians started setting up to start spraying down your kitchen hood, they noticed that one of the light bulb sockets has completely broken free and has exposed the wiring above the hood. This needs to be fixed as soon as possible, as per NFPA 96, hood fixtures are supposed to be grease and water-tight. Unfortunately, this deficiency is beyond the scope of what Nelbud is able to help you with and we recommend that you reach out to a local vendor that is licensed to correct the issue.
