For this job I performed a evaluation. Upon arrival homeowner notified me that they had had another company go out a few weeks ago and add refrigerant to her system and she feels that the system has not been cooling well since then. She stated that the previous company came back out and they recommended replacing the system, homeowner wanted a second opinion. I leak searched complimentary to the service call but was unable to get a strong leak detection. I attached the video and had several small detections in the evaporator coil in attic unit. When I gauged up the system was severely low on refrigerant. I spoke to homeowner and gave options between a major repair or a replacement.
