System had low voltage rub out blown fuse. I fixed and put a new fuse in it.
I changed the filter blower is dirty systems needs a level 2 duct cleaning heat strips in tolerance capacitor outside was out of tolerance I changed it out
Crawled inside crawl space of home and repaired 2 separations on main sewer line. 1 break under washing machine and 1 break towards back of home. tested after repairs were Made everything working properly.
Today I performed a heating Tuna on a 10 year old heat pump unit I looked through everything indoor as well as outdoor running in heat mode pulled the blower and inspected it as well as the heat strips that are within range as far as amp draw got pictures of the return and supply plenum as well as the evaporator coil which is severely restricted due to animal hair dust and organic growth I flushed the drain line with white vinegar but was unable to replace the dirty filter as the homeowner did not have an extra one on hand both capacitors indoor and outdoor are within range but slipping photos to show actual reading and percentages the compressor is drawing an amperage that exceeds manufacturers limitations upon startup I washed the condensing coils thoroughly and provided before and after photos I presented the homeowner with my findings and recommendations discussing the home and budget protection plan as well as financing unfortunately we were unable to take care of anything today a
On this job I washed the condensor and changed the filter. The subcool is 8 and td is 20. The system could use a soft start and some uv for the air handler. System is now back online and ready for cooling.
On arrival system running and cooling producing an 18 degree delta. Indoor unit was clean and in good condition. Filter did not fit well, recommended April aire filter upgrade to remedy this. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. When I left system was running and cooling.

For this evaluation, customer stated unit shut off randomly and then came back on late at night on its own. When we went to the attic there was water in the primary drain line and a lot in the secondary drain line. The vent to the primary was capped not allowing water to drain properly. Once that was cut and water poured down the line it started to drain like normal. We checked under the sink at the p-trap and there was a clog in there. Once cleared all the water came pouring out.
