Steven was very knowledgeable! Was a great experience! Highly recommend!
On this job I washed the condensor and changed the filter. The subcool is 8 and td is 20. The system could use a soft start and some uv for the air handler. System is now back online and ready for cooling.
On arrival system running and cooling producing an 18 degree delta. Indoor unit was clean and in good condition. Filter did not fit well, recommended April aire filter upgrade to remedy this. Outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. When I left system was running and cooling.
Arrived for rec work Installed new motor and system running before I left
Arrived at eval Customer stated the system iced up Ran test and found out the system is extremely dirty and the blower was out Relayed information to customer about this Ordered warranty motor, customer didn’t want to do temp Holding for parts
For this evaluation, customer stated unit shut off randomly and then came back on late at night on its own. When we went to the attic there was water in the primary drain line and a lot in the secondary drain line. The vent to the primary was capped not allowing water to drain properly. Once that was cut and water poured down the line it started to drain like normal. We checked under the sink at the p-trap and there was a clog in there. Once cleared all the water came pouring out.
Arrived for service call Water in the secondary drain pan because vents were installed incorrectly Sealed vents to prevent air flow from preventing water drainage Refrigerant capacitors age Motors are fine System cooling at exit

Tech arrived at a 2 system tune-up. Upon inspection, the main system was functioning well. Drain was clear. Filter was replaced. Capacitor were within specs. Delta was within range. The bedroom system was low on refrigerant. The coil was search and leaking. The blower capacitor was out of tolerance. The Delta was very low. The customer was informed of recommendations today. Due to age and price of repairs, the customer would like to speak with a Comfort Advisor about upgrading to something more reliable with warranties behind it. The meeting is set for April 9th 3-5pm.
On arrival system was off. I determined that the indoor unit was blowing a fuse due to a burnt relay. I replaced the relay and installed a customer provided thermostat and the system ran and cooled. I inspected the outdoor unit and found the capicator incorrectly wires, the contactor was pitted and the compressor was overamping on start up. I re wired the capicator and installed a contactor and compressor saver kit. When I left the system was running and cooling. Thanks for choosing comfort experts and have a great day!
On arrival system was running and producing a 20 degree delta. The drain line flowed when flushed. Indoor unit had biological growth covering the blower and coil. The outdoor unit passed all electrical testing. I recommended a uv system to kill the biological growth and provide clean air. As I left system was running and cooling.
