03/30/24 Tyler s- toilet refill valve needs to be replaced and tub shower needs a new tub spout. Offered to repair toilet and repair out door hose bibb as well for the same price, but customer declined. One time offer because I was already there. If he calls back for repair on hose bibb, it will be extra.
Upon arrival system was in working condition. Looking at the indoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Blower and coil are clean. Drain lines are clear but no water safety. Filter was changed. Heating componets within specs. Left system in working condition. Thank you for choosing comfort experts.
12/18/23 Tyler S- toilet flapper 3" appears to be worn down and needs replaced. Customer supplied kitchen faucet replaced and lastly the master shower diverter needs to be replaced.
Amp draws were high, capacitor was good and in tolerance. Condenser fan motor going bad. Cleaned outdoor condenser coil. Both king control valves were leaking , vapor line Schrader core leaking. Indoor blower motor extremely filthy and impacted with dirt , needs cleaning. Indoor evaporator coil is going bad and leaking. Customer fell through attic. System left in working order.
1/12/22 Upon arrival found system's return vent making noise. The air was whistling off of it making the noise. Also noticed air conditioner and heat running at the same time. This is due to the customer installing and programming his thermostat incorrectly and putting the w wire in the wrong slot. I changed the wires and reprogrammed the thermostat. The customer was super happy and the delta when i left was 20 in cooling and 120 degrees when running the furnace
Went to house for Htu on gas furnace. Checked indoor capacitor and ignition control. All within tolerance. Blower and ducts relatively clean. Recommended UV system, customer declined. Replaced filter, airflow good. Went to outdoor and checked amp draw on fan and compressor. Compressor amp high, recommended compressor saver. Fan amp draw good. Outdoor capacitor slightlyout of tolerance, recommended new capacitor, customer wants to wait. Recommended club membership, customer wants more info either email or phone call. System runs smoothly, although noise coming from return vent.
