Arrived for super tune up Washed condensor and tightened connections Filter not provided - not replaced Alot of biogrowth build up on blower motor as well as supply plenum Bearings on outdoor motor are getting loose - reccomended New motor on condensor Flame sensor has high build up LRA on system is high - reccomended soft start Reccomended blower clean/blower motor Reccomended flame sensor/and ignitor Reccomended IAQ200 UV Reccomended comfort advisor Reccomended home and budget plan System was off at arrival and left on off at exit
10/12/24 TS- found issues, customer declined work at this time. Said would call in next week. Informed customer that repair may have trip charge if we have to return. Toilet was not shutting off and flowing full blast. I explained that the water bill is costing them more then the repair. I left the toilet shutoff valve in the off state because it wouldn't stop
On arrival system was running but not cooling. Found an audible leak in the evap coil capillary tubes. Recommended speaking with a comfort advisor due to the cost of repairs and the condition of the equipment. Customer declined at this time.
03/30/24 Tyler s- toilet refill valve needs to be replaced and tub shower needs a new tub spout. Offered to repair toilet and repair out door hose bibb as well for the same price, but customer declined. One time offer because I was already there. If he calls back for repair on hose bibb, it will be extra.
Upon arrival system was in working condition. Looking at the indoor unit all electrical connections and components are good. Blower and coil are clean. Drain lines are clear but no water safety. Filter was changed. Heating componets within specs. Left system in working condition. Thank you for choosing comfort experts.
12/18/23 Tyler S- toilet flapper 3" appears to be worn down and needs replaced. Customer supplied kitchen faucet replaced and lastly the master shower diverter needs to be replaced.
