Today we showed up for a complimentary second opinion. Upon arrival homeowners powder bath toilet was constantly running, so she changed out to fill valve. As she shut the water off with the push shut off valve it would not open back up, it was seized and wouldn't allow water to pass through. We had to pull the toilet to be able to access the water shut off. We had to cut a 1x1 square into the drywall. We cut the old stop out put on a stub out and a new shut off valve.
