Noticed excess heat Leaking from upstairs attic. Suggesting attic tent. vapor line Missing some insulation. Homeowner had the tools to make that repair herself. Homeowner mentioned her bathroom and bedroom in the back of the house tend to get really hot in the summer and cold in the winter. Took thermals of the ceiling and noticed the insulation was low in both of those areas. Scheduled IAQ visit with Zak to get a more informed assessment. Washed out the coils, and the system was running and cooling when I left.
