Justin found the problem, but had to order a part. Now awaiting delivery and installation of part.

Great service. Needed Fall service of unit. Tech was dispatched and got it done. Filter was shipped out ahead; was installed and heating unit tested. Tech showed owner how to activate emergency heating. Have used this company since 1978 in 3 different houses.

Tech arrived as scheduled. Unit was not switching to emergency heat. Tech adjusted unit to start heat cycle. My household of young cat and my self really appreciated the help.
3 system super tune up performed today. Downstairs unit is a Coleman air handler with heat pump. Technician arrived to a very warm home. Customer states that she turned the heat on last night and it wouldn’t shut off. Technician turned it back to cool and then back to heat and could not recreate the issue. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Blower motor is acceptable. Blower wheel and evaporator coil are clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. System is functioning normally at time of departure. Upstairs unit is an Amana air handler and heat pump. All electrical connections are tight with no corrosion. Heat strips are pulling proper amperage. Blower motor is acceptable. System is clean. Compressor and condenser fan motor are acceptable. Refrigerant levels are in range. Apartment mini split is functioning normally at this time. Customer states that it wasn’t blowing as hard as it used to. Technician was able to change some set

Arrived to no heat, Jumped R G and Y wires at thermostat system came on in heat. Determined that thermostat is bad. Needs 3 heat 2 cool thermostat ordered.
Went and swapped out shorted O wire that was jumpered to let ac keep working Used extra wire that was not being used in the tstat strand and tested to make sure AC and Heating was working Left customers house with system cooling
Removed old toilet in mother-in-law suite, was leaking from the tank to the bowl, needed tank rebuild kit, needed new wax ring, recommended replacement Installed new American Standard toilet, checked for leaks, checked for stoppages. Toilet is operating correctly Swapped out broken flush handle Toilet rebuild kit upstairs Found another hose bib leaking needs to be swapped cust doesn't want to do it at this time
Replacing cust outdoor hose bibs, found one that would not stop dripping and found another leaking from the cutoff Replacing cust toilet in mother-in-law suite, current toilet is leaking water from tank to bowl, from bowl to ground as well. Fill valve and flush valve have also failed. Tank Rebuild on upstairs toilet Flush handle on downstairs toilet has broke, will replace when I return with new toilet.

Arrived to no cool. Technician discovered that indoor unit was on and blowing all the time but not getting cool. Technician found that the outdoor disconnect had not been turned back on. Turned disconnect back on and outdoor unit started up. Turned temperature down on thermostat to get proper refrigerant readings. System went to stage 5 in cool and refrigerant levels are in range.
During inspection discovered that 3 amp fuse had blown and that the cap was below tolerance not allowing the compressor to turn on went ahead and got both swapped out and system turned right on and was cooling Left customers house with system cooling
