Found a loose connection at the furnace preventing it from starting. After tightening the connection the system fired up and is operating as it should.

Upon servicing system. Unit was not allowing compressor and outdoor motor to come on. Checked capacitor and it was dead. Installed new capacitor. Compressor was not running very good and saturation temps were nowhere near where I would expect them to be. Checked refrigerant. Home owner wants to replace complete system.
