For this job I performed a evaluation. Upon arrival compressor was not working but blower motor was on. I Proceeded to check the electrical components including the capacitoror, I did not find any components out of spec limits. When ready to check refrigerant cycle the compressor turned on and stayed on during the entirety of the visit. The Delta was a 10. When I gauged up I had both a high superheat and subcool. Suspect faulty TXV and potential other issues including refrigerant. I recommended having rec work done replacing the txv, replacing unit, or adding smaller units in the home for the meanwhile because homeowner stated they were going to build a new house. On arrival system was off. When I turned it on system ran and cooled. Blower motor is likely turning off due to overheating. Attempted to replace motor but only had 13 inches of clearance from the water heater. Customer is going to drain and move water heater to replace blower motor.
On arrival system was not running due to out of tolerance blower capicator. Once capicator was replaced system ran and cooled with no issues.

Customer blocked return for main living area unit. Installed and setup 3 thermostat for each unit
