This was a revisit for a poor job the first time. The clean was decent, but still not great. When the manager came in the next morning our hoods weren't working and the nelbud employee said that when trying to turn off the hoods for the clean he touched two wires together on the roof and heard a popping sound. We had to put in emergency work order and we had to close our business down for one day. Costing us at least $5,000 in business.

Hi, My name is Josh Qualls the General Manager of Denny's in Fairview. Our hoods were not done to our standard. There was still a lot of grease on the hoods and I specifically asked the crew to make sure and do a few spots very carefully, because we had an inspection soon. Those spots I pointed out didn't get hardly any TLC. I have pictures of the built up grease that was missed. Unfortunately it was a bad experience and not worth what we paid.
