Inoperable Deficiency: Hood 1 detection line failed. 4 total Ansul link detectors, not welded in. 8-10ft of conduit. Grease in conduit is preventing line from working. Non UL 300 nozzles in use. Red tag issued for hood 1 1-1W nozzle 3-1N nozzles Hood 2 in use of Non UL300 nozzles as well. Hood 2 also needs stainless steel scissor link holders to replace old style holders.
