Front door was left unlocked overnight. Big security concern. There have been repeated issues with this with previous visits. It is dangerous for our location to just leave the doors unlocked for hours on end. We also had two issues with equipment not functioning properly after the visit.

We are a corporate store, our store keeps our door codes for each individual and they are assigned with the expectation that they never be shared. Your company has repeatedly asked us to share these codes, even after explaining why we never share them. We were then told by the scheduler that we were "trying to cancel last minute, and that would push back our service date", because we would not share these codes. Any service providers are expected to contact the corporate office to obtain codes for each location. We will never be able to provide codes from the store level, this all must be approved by our corporate office. Repeatedly requesting that we violate our security protocol is very unprofessional, this isn't the first time I have left this review.

The guy we had this time, talked with all of us openers while we did our prep and he did he work too, he was very nice! He explained things that I didn't know! overall, good experience!!
