For this job I performed a evaluation. The secondary drain line was dripping on the side of the home consistently per owner. Homeowner was not sure how long it had been going on but stated that the house was under contract and it was a issue that needed to be addressed. The primary drain line was clogged, I unclogged it and tested it with a gallon and a half of water. Homeowner addressed a few other issues while I was at the job site. Homeowner stated that the condenser fan was making a loud noise when on, that the condenser coil was dirty, and that the flood safety switch did not activate even though there was water in the emergency drain pan. I cleaned the condenser coil, fixed the noise on the condenser fan, and showed the homeowner that the flood safety did work however the water levels had not gotten high enough to activate it.
