Complimentary Electrical inspection for Monday 11/25/24 in the afternoon please. 1998 3t r22 electric closet upflow. Completed complimentary inspection for energy efficiency, saftey and reliability. Unit is poorly installed, access to components are against code. Filter system is poor and 1 inch filter is not changed out properly. Evaporator coils have extreme build up, rust, leaks, oil spots and freezes. Blower motor has oil spots present. Blower wheel has extreme buildup. Failing Blower capacitor Only 1 electric heatsrtip functions and that one has very low amps indicating high resistance. Compressor inrush amps exceed manufacturers specifications. Compressor capacitor and fan capacitor are below tolerance. Contactor has heavy scorching and pitting. R22 refrigerant levels are dangerously low.
