For this evaluation the customer's home was 80° inside and not cooling. The outdoor unit was not running and throwing an l6 code, I could see that the capacitor was bubbled up and was in fact dead. Replace the capacitor and after turning the system back on engaged up where I had a 7⁰ Subcool and a 16⁰ Superheat. I also forward two and a half gallons of water down the drain line with no issues draining.
