For this job I performed an evaluation. On arrival homeowner showed me the water damage that happened due to faulty drain switch. When performing the evaluation I noted that the drain switch initially did not work, after looking at a few components checking the connections the drain switch began to work. I tested the drain pan and drain line with a gallon of water. Everything appeared to work within normal limit. Homeowner was still upset about the water damage due to the faulty drain switch but was not rude to me and opted to speak with management about the situation to try to address a resolution for repairs. I replaced the old drain switch left the system running on 72 cool.
