Today I've returned to install the new warranty defort control board. Also noticed the upstairs is having trouble keeping up with temp. Set to 75 currently. I'm not sure what's happening system has a 10 ° subcool and 15 superheat. I have a feeling that upstairs is off most of time until they need to use it. Down stairs maintains a 73° temp. If they wish to maintain temp upstairs it's important to to leave the temp around 78 or 76. That way they system doesn't have such a big job to do when you get back home.
