Pricing on this estimate is to rebuild the the fill valve and flush valve on 2 toilets. On both toilets, the flush valve gasket is no longer sealing. Causing both toilets to continuously run. Comfort Experts will take apart the fill valves, and the flush valves on both toilets. We will then mount the new Kohler cylinder flush valve and the fill valve. Once both have mounted we will test each toilet to ensure there are no leaks and the toilets are functioning properly. Pricing on this estimate is to pull and reset 2 toilets. Both toilets rock and move while being used. Customer requested both be reset. Comfort Experts will pull both toilets from the toilet flange, we will then check the integrity of the existing flanges. We will then add a new wax ring and bolts to both toilets, then we will reset the toilets. Once the toilets have been reset we will test the toilets for leaks and proper functioning.
