Upon arrival downstairs system condensor was not funtional Found Capacitor 0MFD on both Fan and Compressor Once system was operational Deltas of both systems 8-9 cooling Cooling performance is way under standard passing operations Both systems are extremely low on refrigerant Reccomended refrigerant/leak search/repairs Upstairs system variable speed motor has a 40MFD high voltage Capacitor operating sequence of motor - motor has a mass amount of heat build up - bearings coatings are not protecting mechanical parts Reccomended Variable speed motor Upstairs system has Capacitor that is out of tolerance Reccomended new capacitor Outdoor units Fan motors have high heat build up Reccomended both Condensor motors Downstairs condensor has High Starting Amp Draws over manufacturer limit Reccomended Soft start kit Installed new capacitor to provide cooling Systems left on cool at exit Comfort advisor scheduled Wednesday 06/04/25 10am-11am
