On arrival upstairs system was off. Found upstairs with a 60 degree superheat and no airflow restrictions. System low on refridgerant causing the freezing to occur. Blower motor capicator out of tolerance and needing to be replaced as well as the contactor on the condenser. Condenser coil needs cleaning badly. Customer is going to talk to her ac guy about repair/replace and let us know.
