On arrival system off. Replaced furnace circuit board. When I turned outdoor units power back on the disconnect failed and would not pass power. With customers permission I replaced this as well. System ran in cooling and heating with no issue.
Tech arrived at a membership tune-up. Upon inspection, the capacitors were within specs. The contactors were in working condition. The condenser coils were hosed off to assist with air flow across the coils. The filters were dirty and replaced. The drains were clear and vinegar was poured. The Deltas and refrigerant was within range. The UV bulb was not functioning. The customer was informed of recommendations today. The systems were functioning upon departure.
Tech arrived at a tune-up. Upon inspection the duel run capacitor was within specs. The contactor was scorched. The R22 system refrigerant test indicated that the system was low on refrigerant and the TXV was not functioning. The filter was dirty and replaced. The blower area was dirty. There was lint from the dryer vent termination falling intoo the furnace. A basic cleaning was performed on the ingnition components. The drain was draining slowly. The blower capacitor was tested and was out of tolerance. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He decided to move forward with replacing the blower capacitor today. He also decided to add a Copper Membership to his account. The system was functioning upon departure.
