Tech arrived at a tune-up. Upon inspection the duel run capacitor was within specs. The contactor was scorched. The R22 system refrigerant test indicated that the system was low on refrigerant and the TXV was not functioning. The filter was dirty and replaced. The blower area was dirty. There was lint from the dryer vent termination falling intoo the furnace. A basic cleaning was performed on the ingnition components. The drain was draining slowly. The blower capacitor was tested and was out of tolerance. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He decided to move forward with replacing the blower capacitor today. He also decided to add a Copper Membership to his account. The system was functioning upon departure.

Tech arrived at a Warranty tune-up. Upon inspection the capacitor was within specs. The contactor was in working condition. The coils we're hosed off to assist with air flow. There was no observed surge protection. The filter was dirty and replaced. The drain system was clear. The UV bulb was expired. The customer was informed of recommendations today. He decided to move forward with a. Copper Membership today and will call back about the UV light once he discusses it with his wife. The system was functioning upon departure.

Tech arrived for a first year tuneup and HTU. New system- the capacitor was within specs. The contactor was in working condition. The coils were clean. The Delta was at acceptable levels. The system did not appear to have Surge Protection. The filter was relatively clean. The drain system was clear and bleach was poured. The heating system reached complete ignition. The UV bulb was not working. Old system- The capacitor was out of tolerance and was replaced. The contactor was scorched and was audibly buzzing. The fan motor was rusted and vibrating. The compressor was pulling high amperage on startup. The system did not appear to have Surge Protection. The filter was relatively clean. The blower area and coil was a little dirty. The heating system reached complete ignition however the flame sensor was severely scorched. This item was replaced today. The drain system was clear at this time. There was no drain safety observed. A drain form was filed. The Delta and refrigerant was at ac
