For this job I performed an evaluation. Upon arrival the homeowner was not present but had a worker present for the inspection. The worker informed me that there were two rooms that were not cooling and at the house being inspected was a Airbnb. I checked the vent and quickly noticed there was no air flow coming from the the air vents. When arriving to the Attic I noticed that there was duct work disconnected and the two ducts leading to the two rooms with issues or the ones that were disconnected. The emergency drain pan had water in it and there was water dripping from the secondary drain line outside. I spoke with the homeowner over the phone and gave an estimate for a level 3 duct repair. I told homeowner that there were probably more issues going on as well that could have been caused by the loose ducts.
