As for the service itself, the technician was friendly and personable, but there was a noticeable gap in skill level when diagnosing the issue. However, Katie promptly addressed my concerns and offered to send another technician free of charge, which speaks volumes about their commitment to customer satisfaction. Overall, I would use Comfort Experts again because of their outstanding customer service and willingness to stand by their work.
