Moving to outdoor condenser coil I noticed unit had lots of build up on it. Taking off the back panel and and checked capacitor. Capacitor in tolerance. Contactor looked in good condition and was operating in good condition. Clean Condenser unit from inside out, then washed off the sides.And underneath the unit Proceed to check refrigerant levels, Unit has a t x v Unit had a seven subcool, and a 12 superheat. Condenser motor had really loose bearings.
