Upon arrival Customer stated they had huge power outages and system stopped working. During evaluation found that the terminal at the compressor had blown out and punctured Condenser coil causing the loss of all the Refrigerant. System is under 5 year manufacture warranty. Talked with customer about replacement of components and Refrigerant or having a Comfort Advisor come out and discuss replacement.
