2019 Airhandler Checked and tightened all electrical connections Customer recently changed filters Drain was clear and draining Blower motor and wheel have dust and hair build up Evaporator coil was acceptable 2019 Bryant Heatpump Checked and tightened all electrical connections Dual run capacitor was within manufacture range Primary electrical unit was acceptable Refrigerant levels were acceptable at this time Fan blades and motor were acceptable Condenser coils were acceptable Cleared debris from bottom of the unit Washed condenser coils from inside out Waxed top of the unit Recommended blower cleaning, Anti Microbial Pan Treatment and Compressor Saver
