Was given an appointment time between 10 AM and 5 PM. Technician out to shop till 7 PM that night I was given the option to reschedule but I’ve already wasted entire day waiting on him. It seems like he was trying to sell me things that should’ve already been brought up in the past not very happy this company at all plan on moving out to a different company after my warranty is over. Do not use this company if you are looking to use them for a new insulation or service poor service from day one.

Arrived for two system STU All components were working and in tolerance Relayed information to customer Customer denied service but will think on it
Checked inside and outside units. Both units are working as they should and doing good. Inside amp draws are in range, blower is clean as well. Changed filter out with customer supplied new one. Outside unit amp draws are in range. Capacitor tolerances are in range. System left in working condition
Tech arrived for a STU*2. Downstairs system- The capacitor was within specs. The contactor was in working condition. The amperages were within range. The Delta and refrigerant was at acceptable levels. The system did not appear to have Surge Protection. The filter was clean. The blower area was dirty. The UV system was not functioning. The drain system was clear. The primary line was tied into the secondary line. The heating system reached complete ignition. Upstairs system- The capacitor was within specs. The contactor was in working condition. The fan motor was extremely rusted. The low side saturation temperature was 20 degrees and the Superheat was 50 degrees with a piston metering device. The Delta was 4 degrees. The drain system did not have a drain safety and the primary drain was tied into the secondary drain. The heating system reached complete ignition. Extensive leak search was conducted and the leak was not located at this time. Customer will hold off on repairs today.
