Was given an appointment time between 10 AM and 5 PM. Technician out to shop till 7 PM that night I was given the option to reschedule but I’ve already wasted entire day waiting on him. It seems like he was trying to sell me things that should’ve already been brought up in the past not very happy this company at all plan on moving out to a different company after my warranty is over. Do not use this company if you are looking to use them for a new insulation or service poor service from day one.

Customer has to submit our estimate to his warranty company said they will pay us directly. He does not know how long it will take them to approve the amount. Also the garage is packed full of stuff had to walk over the top of it to get water heater. Customer will have to make a pathway for us to get to water heater so we can replace it for him.
