Annual Service

Was given an appointment time between 10 AM and 5 PM. Technician out to shop till 7 PM that night I was given the option to reschedule but I’ve already wasted entire day waiting on him. It seems like he was trying to sell me things that should’ve already been brought up in the past not very happy this company at all plan on moving out to a different company after my warranty is over. Do not use this company if you are looking to use them for a new insulation or service poor service from day one.

Customer has to submit our estimate to his warranty company said they will pay us directly. He does not know how long it will take them to approve the amount. Also the garage is packed full of stuff had to walk over the top of it to get water heater. Customer will have to make a pathway for us to get to water heater so we can replace it for him.

For this eval I showed up to the customers home and he stated his unit was not blowing out cold air. When I got to the out door I could hear the compressor trying to turn on but unsuccessfully. I opened up the electrical panel and saw the wiring had burnt and broken off from the capacitor. The capacitor was out of tolerance and the contacter was buzzing loudly indicating that was failing. Customer wanted to replace both so I did and upon doing so the fan and compresser fired up. When I gauged up refrigerant levels looked good for this system being 18 years old and R-22. I talked to the customer about replacement versus repairs and he said that he was going to get in contact with his Home Warranty company for an estimate from them first.

During inspection verify the systems were working properly During inspection discovered that all the capacitors for the condensers or below tolerance and we're barely keeping the systems going Spoke to customer about pastors being below tolerance and spoke about price with membership discount and customer stated that he still has parts warranty with the systems and said he was going to reach out there so he didn't have to pay for the capacitors Left customer South with systems operating properly and cooling

Checked inside and outside units. Both units are working as they should and doing good. Inside amp draws are in range, blower is clean as well. Changed filter out with customer supplied new one. Outside unit amp draws are in range. Capacitor tolerances are in range. System left in working condition
